Restaurant bookings

The data collected:

  • Telephone numbers with Surname
  • Email address

The purpose for storing this data:

  • To contact you should there be a problem with your reservation.
  • To send menus and details for larger bookings.

Do we share your data?

If your party is a group of 5 or more, we may use your surname and mobile phone only to send a reminder about your booking through TextLocal. We will not share your email address.

Can we choose to opt out?

Yes, just let a member of staff know that you do not want a free text reminder. You can also opt out of us storing your email address

Retention and data security

Old restaurant booking diaries are kept for at least 3 years in a locked part of the building not accessed by public. Emails are kept for at least 3 years

The data collected:

  • Telephone number or email with name
  • Email addresses
  • Name and Address

The purpose for storing this data:

  • To let you know when your item is ready to collect
  • To keep you informed of gallery previews and exhibition dates
  • To keep you informed of gallery previews and exhibition dates

Aprt from using MailChimp to create our newsletters, no we do not share your data

Can we choose to opt out?

Yes, you can opt out of all areas at anytime.

Retention and data security

Gallery Sales books are kept indefinitely in a locked part of the building not accessed by the public. They do not contain payment details. Your email address is kept securely in Mailchimp and password protected. Also in a password protected spreadsheet. Your address is kept on a password protected spreadsheet and deleted if you inform us of any changes to your preferences.

The purpose for storing this data:

  • Financial obligation

Do we share your data?

No apart from with our card processing company as in any debit/credit card transaction.

Can we choose to opt out?

Not if you pay by card.

Retention and data security

Receipts need to be kept for a minimum of 7 years by law and then they can be shredded. They are kept in a locked part of the building not accessed by public.
